2003 Barbera Reserva
Our winemaker's personal favorite is a perfect complement for Italian
cuisine--it's both lower in tannen and higher in acidity than Cabernet.

Barbera Reserva showcases the flavor created by Alexander Valley's
environment from the gravelly soils of our 1.5 acre vineyard and the "wisdom"
of 36 months of barrel aging. The Barbera grape is the leading wine grape of
Italy and hails from the Piedmont region. It is also found in Argentina,
the birthplace of our winemaker.
